100 year old house located in the tranquil village of Dolna Lipnitsa.

The house is located in the tranquil village of Dolna Lipnitsa, to the north of Veliko Turnovo. Set amongst rolling hills and farmland, the house is situated within around two thousand sq metres of land, bordered by stone walls.

The village is served by good road access and public transport to Veliko Turnovo and the large market town of Pavlikeni where you can happily spend the day bartering with the locals for fresh produce untouched by chemicals and pesticides.

The fields around are setting ablaze each year with the dazzling yellow Sunflower harvest, gently turning to follow the sun.

The town of Ruse is also easily accessible for exploring the Danube and crossing the border the Romania where you can take in the delights of the wide boulevards and grand buildings and palaces in the capital of Bucharest - much of this city was designed after Paris and there remains a wide similarity between the two cities.

The house was built some one hundred years ago, in the typical Turkish style of the time. The exterior still shows the charming powder-blue painted plaster which has protected the house for all of these years. Inside, old wooden beams, large open fire places and plastered walls set the scene for an idyllic hideaway.

The property, as you would expect from a house of this age needs refurbishment but is structurally sound. Rewiring of electricity, internal plumbing, heating and a general loving touch will make this a wonderful place to spend time.
