Mijkovtsi Heights is a truly unique location in an area of outstanding natural beauty, where planning permission has been given for  of eight Villas.

The location itself is included in the Natura 2000 project. These areas are protected in the same way as we protect our national parks. This means that apart from this project and the development of a hotel and restaurant nearby, no other planning permission will be given in this area.

The village of Mijkovtsi has been a secret known only to Russians and Bulgarians. In winter its ski slopes attract families and individuals alike, and in spring summer and autumn the mountains are a paradise for walkers and nature lovers. A ten-minute drive brings you to the UNSECO heritage town of Elena.

The town was established in the 15^th century, and in the 18^th and 19^th  centuries became a centre for crafts, trade and education. There are 130 National revival buildings.

The plots already have the choice of four different house designs although purchaser are free to use their own designs if required.

Each plot covers a minimum of 1000m2 with several covering 1500m2.
