Beautiful and unique house near Paris

The unique house is situated just outside Paris and stands on 7000 m sq of land. Along with a wine cellar and beautiful marble stairs, the property has a Tunisian room and an antique tunisian fountain in the garden( we are attempting to find out the reason for this but it seems to be historical).

The property, although needing some renovation is ideal for either a weekend retreat or permanent residence.
