Let's deal with the who first
RKK International is an organisation that knows all sides of the process. It is a company that is involved in Development, Property Purchase and International sales. When it comes to selling international property, we as a company fail to see how it is possible to sell anything without having any real knowledge about that individual item.
If you were to ask your local estate agent about a property on their books, and if the answer that you got was, I'm sorry but we have not been to inspect that property, you would think that they were mad and you would walk out.
Why should you act any different if the property happens to be in another country?
A client does not want to spend time and money going on a wild goose chase to look at properties that could in all intents and purposes be a disaster.
It became clear to us that the international property market had serious flaws. The international brokers seemed to control all sides of the agenda and the market was cumbersome.
Now for the why
RKK International are unique in many ways;
- We only supply properties that have been personally checked out thoroughly by us or our associates, both from a build and legal standpoint. Our motto is Quality not quantity.
- We are very selective when it comes to which developers and properties that we choose.
- All developers are taken on with the condition that they will treat any prospective client with the utmost consideration. We do not believe in "hard sell tactics", good properties will sell themselves. We spend a great deal of time visiting the developers. When a new project begins, we visit to make sure that the location is good and all documentations are in place.
How it works
When you send an enquiry form, a member of RKK International who will personally know the property that you are enquiring about will contact you by whatever means you require, whether that be e-mail or phone. They will answer any questions that you may have. If you require more information, they will make sure that you get it.
If you decide to arrange a trip to view the property, we will liaise with the developer to plan your agenda. It's as simple as that. All you need to decide is whether you want to buy any of the properties, and that is a choice that will be left to you.
